W. Richards can offer provenance of guns manufactured by ourselves. Housed at our office we hold old gun records and archive material for most guns supplied by the Liverpool, Preston and Melbourne (Australia) branches.

On Production of your serial number we can supply a "Certificate of Origin" with as much information as we can extract from our records. This would normally include date of manufacture, the original customer and the price paid.

Please Note. There are many W Richards reproduction guns throughout the world. A genuine gun will have W Richards (Gunmakers) Liverpool Ltd (or Preston/London etc) stamped on the rib between/above the barrel(s).

We can also supply reproduction gun case trade labels for most of the original W. Richards' branches.
